Amazing how disgusting some people can live. I have seen plenty of tenant occupied properties left like that but never saw that much poop! Gross!

Good morning Inna. Have purchased many properties that look like the one in the video. Love those kinds of problems. I only focus on the entry level housing market for my flips.

Inna Ivchenko sometimes I wonder why people sell the home in such conditions...they know, it will have a direct impact on price.

     Interesting marketing... but unless they price it very, very low it is not going to sell.

I have builders who would be bidding against each other to get this home....wish I had a dozen of them in my marketplace!!

just sold one very similar, when i first went in the house, had to strip in my backyard when i got home because i was covered in fleas.

That definitely has to be an REO property. I have seen many like it and you have to learn to hold your breath. Very creative advertising but to flippers and investors the dirtier the better and this will not intimidate the right buyer. I had one serious investor tell me it scares off the novice investors and the owner occupants and makes for less competition.

This is great. lol. 

I have not ever seen one that bad.  That is too filthy for animals.
