It's on during my prospecting, as I like to see what my clients have been up to before I call them (10 calls per day min.), so I can open with asking them meaningful questions about them, family a vacation they just posted, etc. So, 1 hour per day Mon-Fri, very little on weekends.

I'm on it multiple times a day. For years it was bringing in about 75% of our business, but in 2015 our referrals from past clients ramped up to about 50% of our business.
I've altered my personal FB page to include only past clients, friends from my area, and people that I know will be clients and a referral source in the future.
It's all about interaction and being genuine. My two cents.
