I don't use an alarm clock to awaken in the the mornings however tomorrow I might need one since I have to be downtown before 7:30 for the Mayor's breakfast. That will take getting up much earlier.

I don't, Will, as I don't set an alarm. My eyes fly open every morning by 4am (and sometimes even a bit earlier).

Yes, unfortunately, many times if I have time to stay a bit longer under warm covers. But according to many motivational speakers, you should start moving immediately.

Will Hamm - exactly 3 times. And that's why I set my alarm 15 minutes before the actual time I want to get up.
My wife says - she does not understand this. Nor do I!![]()

I only use an alarm clock when I need to wake up earlier than my usual time. Sometimes I set two clocks on those days because the first one doesn't wake me.

Absolutely. It's planned. Sometimes just once, but it could be 3 - 4 times. If I know I HAVE to be up at a certain time (like a meeting or cathing a plane), I set it early just so I CAn hit the snooze. Is that weird?
Sadly I often wake up before the 6 am alarm

I only use my alarm just to let me know that it's 6am. Whether or not I get up is another story. Most of the time I shut it off and go back to sleep.

I very seldom use an alarm to get up, not able to sleep for more than a few hours and get up without one.
Though I do use alarms on my phone all through the day to make sure I am prepared for my appointments.
