Good morning Jennifer. I have no clue if it is a waste of time. I don't use it, but some that do say it helps them.

Someday soon i may venture on over to this site, though i know it is necessary, I am currently feeling a bit of social media overload.

Yes.  I post my listing photos and some local area photos.  Haven't seen much of a boost to my site yet, but I have a lot of followers.

It's been fun and has built a following so if it is successful it is indirect.

I do not think it has been a leading force in finding customers if any, i have kind of laid off it with just so little time and other places i get better results

As they say: FB is for older people, Instagram is for younger ones:) I have both accounts, but have to learn to use them better.

Certainly not an online necessity but you can use it to showcase properties.

I haven't gotten there yet. I am aware my target demo is there. Still, not 100% certain I need to be there . . . gonna see what the other 'supastahs' say!

I don't use Instagram at all. But plan to look into it further in 2016.

It is very hard to add extra platforms unless you are already deep into Instagram. My plate is full right now.
