I continually remind those for whom I write posts to ask where they were found....the majority of listings are from offline marketing, but recently, the online marketing has produced some listing calls for a Free Market Analysis in Franklin MA..... I love to hear that answer when I ask the agents!!!

we track all leads Michael, we need to know whats working and whats not. And evaluate what what rate of return our advertising/marketing dollars are getting. Everything cycles, but referral, sphere, and past cleints are always the most cost effective.

Google analytics reveal locations in the Heartland, Canada. Romania and Nigeria.

However, when I ask 'Where are you from?" they respond, Buffalo, Rochester, Ontario (for some reason Canadians don't use their city), NYC, Philly, New Jersey, Florida, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati and UK.

Past client referrals are the bulk of them for sure.  But web leads are coming up as well.  They are nearly as warm as past client referrals, since they have spent time reading my content online and chose me to reach out to.  They've already pre-screened, as it were, and we always get along really well!  Love them!
