Truly NAR has a gold mine of information through various sources, RPR being one of them. Most agents don't have a clue what NAR has available and, therefore, think their NAR dues are a waste.

I've played with it, but don't find it horribly useful. Too much information and most of it isn't something I'd want to put on my site. The school reports for example paint a worse picture of my local schools than reality (these are some of the top ranked schools in the nation). I don't want anything on there I don't agree with or that might lead someone away from my listings.

David Barr I've been using it a couple of years now. It's an excellent idea to add the neighbood / school reports to your site or even a blog. This will keep you busy for quite a while lol

Also, this would be an excellent blog idea ... I would interested in hearing your perspective and ideas.

I use the valuation report a lot.

For anyone not sure what RPR is ... go to Realtors Property Resource and sign in ... if you have problems just call the number 24/7 and they will get you in.
