My goal is to get my unfair share of the market. – LOL
I would like to gross $400,000 in revenue.
Good morning Raoul. All the best with your goals for 2016.
Let's make it the best year ever!
Raoul Loustaunau - I want to increase both my production numbers by 25% - if I have a team, than by 50%. (Likely to happen....)
If I match 2015 I will e very appy
Raoul Loustaunau the easiest way to increase your income without increasing time spent, is to increase your average sale price! Good luck with your plan

I have no production goals as I face another year of retirement.
When I was active, a basic goal was to reach the $250,000 earned commission level to qualify for the RE/MAX Platinum Club and to flip enough homes to cover the overhead.
I don't talk about my goals outside my office. But I too hope to increase by about 2 million over last year's volume.
Hi, Raoul...That's pretty great. I hope you have a wonderful year in 2016 and that you exceed your goal.
That is a nice increase Raoul and hope you reach your goals.
In 2015, I was aiming for 32 transactions and $10Million in sales. Did 27 transactions and have just under $10Million in sales. This year, I'm still looking for the 32 transactions. Did add a monthly prospect goal though. For January, I want to meet 10 new prospects.
As Susan Emo said, bump your avg. sales price up and do the same number of units and you'll have surpassed 90% of your competition.
Big goals for all of our businesses.
I would like to match 2015 or exceed.
I would ask you in return what you are changing in order to up your average sale by so much? About a 40% increase in average sale? Excellent goal that will take some focus. 20 transactions with $150,000 average the basics for me. Make it a good start towards your goals this week. mark
