I try not to react and follow emotions. Act fast, but not react fast.

I usually think than act...but I have a problem solving mind. It goes into problem solving mode right away when it needs to. 

It depends on the issue.  I either over think things or shoot from the hip.

My friends would say that I "swirl" when having to make decisions.

Before I strike the match, I think.

However, not much thought before extending the hand or offering to help.

Before spending $2,500 on myself, I think a really good French Tailored shirt presented to the other makes the event much more of a celebration.

Dropping a dollar to the panhandler does not compel thoughts of consequences.

I learned long ago that sometimes my knee jerk reactions can get me places I don't want to go. Now I think things out before I react and it has served me well.

Unless in case of emergency situation, I am always thinking through situations prior to action. 

I have done both but all times, within reason and sense given to do so

I usually can make a quick descion followed by rapid action. Like Susan Emo said "Analysis paralysis"-it is not in my DNA.

As every situation is different a little of both!
