Some lenders offer feature sheets or payment sheets for open houses. This is helpful.

One lender emails me Bill Hart information every month, some of it helps.

Well, they used to offer some great stuff & then the larger companies said they couldn't offer it anymore because ??? can't remember but against some gifting rule.

My listings got sent out like a Postlet sort of thing, another was a virtual tour.

We have 2 in-house lenders now & honestly I can't stand either one. Egomaniacs.

I have some lenders who send me marketing templates to use but other than that - notta.  

They sure do and it is appreciated.

I am beginning a new team for my business here in Naples and will definitely select those that can add value to the team with specialized tools of the trade.

ListingBooster does 'boost' the listings by providing single property website, text code, virtual tour and lot more.

My favorite lender has the tools I want and the expertise I need. I love her. 

two lenders in Minot send us their rates every week and the title company in town just hooked us up with a good app for calculating closing costs.

A few have offered them, so far I have not taken the time to dig into them.

Title companies have some interesting products that I haven't explored yet and just about every lender I talk to has offered to print color flyers.  One refered me to a buddy of his who helped me with SEO.

Maybe I’m overlooking something or not being grateful enough but my business partners don’t offer anything I can think of.

Service trumps tools for me. After relocation will be looking for new business partners

For me, the service is more important than the tools. I want loan officers who will not give up.

My title company used to have a printing department for mailers, brochures, etc. but shut it down a couple years ago.  That was really helpful. 

These days lenders do not help with any tools. They used to give us open house flyers at one time.

Quite frankly, I don't look to my business partners to provide me tools. I prefer to have my own. And I'd rather not be that tied in to anyone. I'm very loyal to my business partners, but stuff happens.
