I work with homeless and other marginalized people all the time, and this is a topic that we discuss often.
Some folks have a house, but not a home.
Others have a home, yet they are living in a Homeless shelter.
The great philosophers of our time, Metalica, have summed up my feelings exactly with "Home is where I lay my head each night... wherever I may roam." I have called every hotel I've stayed at "home" as well as my house and some offices.

I have three "Homes" Rhonda Howlett , #1 is definately where my Bride and children are. #2 is my office and #3 is my church home. I am always glad to enter any one of them.
