Not a formal one. My wealth accumulation plan is my goals book, which I update regularly.
My daughter is graduating this spring debt free from college. This will allow me to get rid of some debt that crept in over the last few years... and let me restart on wealth accumulation and management!

I wouldn't call it formal but would call it a commitment that we do follow through on each year.
A few years ago, I set up a SEP and have my "employer" (aka me) contribute to it every year, I personally put in allowable catchup contributions.
