No, it sticks at 500+ (to the public). I have a bit over 1900.

I have not seen that even for people who I think would likely have well beyond 1,000 connections.
No, Jack, 500+ is the only threshold that is marked.
No, it does not. I have around 4k connections and my number is 500+.
I agree with those who commented - mine has over 1,500 but shows 500+.
Jack Gerbehy I am at 500+ despite my connections are lot more than 1000+!
I guess, that's the way LinkedIn has it.
I have 3800 first level connections on LinkedIn. It still shows 500+
I think 500 is the limit shown to the public. I wish that would change. it is dated.
I didn't know the answer, but you got it below. Good question, Jack.
I'm nowhere near that number. Sorry.
LinkedIn stops displaying total connections at 500+. The more relevant issue is how well we know those 500+? Quality over quantity.
Others have beaten me to the correct answer here.
It stays at 500+
Jack Gerbehy I think, shows only 500+.
I would like to know if anyone is getting any business from Linkedin as 500 followers dont seem to be doing me any good.

well, I guess I know the answer to this one now.... haven't used linkedin in years...
I have never seen anything over 500+.
500+ is the only "alert"
I wasn't sure until I saw the answer here. I'm not sure how many I have but definitely over 500.
No, it does not change.
good question - looking at the answers - thanks
I do not do much on linkedIn.
I think that I have around 2000, and it still shows as 500+ on the profile.
I have no idea, as I don't believe I have 1,000+ connections--but then maybe I just don't know it.
Good morning Jack. I'm sorry, I don't do LinkedIn.
