I printed up a listing contract and brought it to a seller to sign. I was missing a page. Ran back to ofc for missing page. Came back and was missing ANOTHER page. Had to go back again. THANK GOD FOR DOCUSIGN.
My most embarrassing moment was standing at the front door of a vacant home wih clients and not being able to unlock the combo because I forgot my glasses.
Mine was the house I previewed with the man hiding in the bathroom
When two women came to my open house I thought one of them was the mother when she was just a friend of the other .
I had split crotch out of my pants and I had to go through the entire inspection with my whitey tighty's showing. Thankfully, I have those otherwise, my arse would have been hanging out. Not a pretty sight
Good morning Sally. A banker once took me to see a house that the bank had foreclosed. It turned out he didn't have the right key and we broke in, it turned out to be the wrong house. Another time, I share the rest of the story.
Kerry Christmas to you and yours.
I wa walking along and fell off a retaining wall 5 foot high and never got hurt
I would have to think about that for a while to find the MOST embarrassing, but then I would not want to compound the embarrassment by telling anyone about it.
Have a Merry Chistmas Sally K. & David L. Hanson !
Sally K. & David L. Hanson I was a dual agent in one transaction and sent an email to buyer instead of seller!
Fortunately, it was about 'meeting of mind' request to seller - consolidated my trust in buyers that I am working in best interest of both!
I was showing a $4million house where the listing agent had to meet us, and I blanked on my buyers' names. Awkward!
Years ago I was showing property and the wife hit me with her papers. She questioned everything I would tell them about the house. She was mad. It wasn't embarassing but it was upsetting. Being young I took her back to the office and told my broker to find someone else to show her property. He later told me she didn't want to move.
I got fired from my first $750k client. Didn't know my way around GPS wasn't helping, and couldn't even figure out how to open the Sentrilock. Was very embarrassing and humiliating. It was actually a homegain.com lead. He did buy just not with me.
Having to scale a high fence because the automatic driveway gate closed on my very pregnant client during a showing. In the process, I ripped the pants of my suit but was able to open the gate.
Be nice to Conrad; he has had a tough week!
Guess walking in on naked people with buyer-clients would be the most embarrassing for the naked people; not me!
