I continuously run my home valuation ad on Fb. I started in April of this year ... I drill down to target only home owners in my service area that are likely to sell in the next two years and use pay per click.

My results have been very good...... 268 total leads, three listings (all sold), the rest are dumped into my CRM for the pipeline. The site costs $40 per month, adds are pay per click I not sure exactly but its under $500 for all of last year. That's it ..... works for me.

None. I tried it and got leads all of which were curiosity seekers wanting to get their homes value and had no intention of selling. I still follow up with them so maybe in time they will result in a listing or two.
