Every single day, we do that in small ways that cause nice ripple effects, whether it is letting someone ahead of us in a sea of cars at LAX last night as we were lining up to pay for parking, bringing a cart back to the store, and a hundred other ways...very selfish, it makes us happy.  A

Good morning Richie. Yes, especially on Christmas day, when we serve food for a few hours at a shelter.

I've been calling and visiting some lonely eldery in our neighborhood. I bring small gifts but the real gift is caring.

I try to give it not just no but all year long.

I did a selfless act today. I have also had some people do some wonderful and very thoughtful things for me. 

Some cultures package their love into food.

I am, Richie.  Thankfully I'm in a position where at least a few times each week I get to give time and effort to others, and I try to add to that when I can.  Good thoughts, especially this time of year.

Yes I love being there for people even if it is just to listen.
