I know nothing about Wise Agent. Have used Top Producer for donkey's years and love it. Great customer support and lots of ways to use the system.

TP is just antiquated garbage. Too pricey for nonsense. Half the time they are no longer giving support.

Google CRM & you'd get better results. There are much better options.

I'm looking for one too. At the moment I'd like to try pipedrive. I was said it is user friendly and simple.

Wise Agent or Realty Juggler.

I successfully used Top Producer for many years. I am not familiar with Wise Agent.

I just use outlook with a google connection, does not work well but it is rather inexpensive.

I've never used any program but others in the office have used Top Producer....

I have not heard of Wise Agent, but have used Top Producer for 15+ years.   As Nina said - great customer service. 

Top Produces has been the donkey years favorite. The learning curve for new users of TP is way, way, way, way too long. It has become a 'exception based' product carried forward from the last century. Those who grew up with the product do not realize how hard it is for newbies to align the features to be intuitive.

The right answer for your question is entirely dependent on your understanding regarding the pivot driven by the sharing economy.  Understand how marketing has changed in this way will ultimately render both TP and WiseAgent OBSOLETE. They will add bells and whistles from 3rd party vendors (for which you will pay another premium) in the pretense of appearing current.

I challenge you to define the marketing strategy you must embrace in the next three years and ride the horse that is already in that market segment.

At the very least, define what services your business REALLY will use, and I think you will find WISEAGENT (I use wise agent to maintain last century business) to be a agile and reasonably priced provider..

I use neither but appreciate the insight that the answers provide.

Not to deter you but one of the reasons some of us don’t use cloud CRM’s is the risk of them being hacked. I don’t want to have to email my database telling them the CRM was hacked. Not to be too scary but just a thought.

I changed from Top to Realty Juggler. Cheaper and does the same thing.

I wasn't impressed with Wise Agent.  The contact management software that comes installed on all Apple products works really well for me.

If our product reviews was effective it would be a good place getting feedbacks..... Agent Achieve was our default .....
