Absolutely. I had a Mai Tai with myself the other day on the Big Island of Hawaii, and it left me very motivated for 2016. I AM the broker, you see. 

I don't meet with my broker for things like this. His job is to be available if I need questions answered and to deposit my commissions in my bank on time. Beyond that, I want, like Greta Garbo, to be left alone. (I guess you've figured out this does not motivate me.)

I set my own goals and I don't share them ..... they're for me to meet....

I'm the broker and no, no-one has came forward to share their thoughts and goals for 2016...  Really don't think they will

Good morning Paul. I do not meet with any of my loan officers about goals for 2016, all are self motivated, so I keep out of their way.

We don't have such meetings.  However, I do meet with myself.

No but we will be having our annual Goal Setting meeting with family and staff between Christmas and New Years day.

Even when I worked for a broker, this was not a requirement.   I motivate myself.

Being the Broker I talk with myself all the time.  I'm a self motivator.

Any day now!  And I'm looking forward to it.  Just have to put the finishing touches on my business plan.

No. I need to set my goals.

We had the meeting yesterday, it was a huge success and it absolutely motivated me and everyone else. We held our meeting together as an office with everyone in the same room. Everyone contributed as a group and reached out to some of the newer agents to help them plan. We openly discussed our individual plans, goals and how to get there. 

I believe we had forty agents attend this meeting. We started with general explanation of why it is important to plan. Next we watched Tom Ferry's Business Planning video which is widely considered one of the best around and wrapped up the meeting with a lunch of pizza, wings and drinks.

 It was a big hit!
