It would be a team. At the moment I'm solo. Will change it soon. 

My wife and I are solo, but fill in with showings if there are time restraints.

It depends on you and who you are.  I have worked solo, and the most fun I have is working with Ron as a team..we always win that way.  A

I love having Sandy working with me. She has my back; ALWAYS!

Team - it is more effective. 

Done both--prefer solo. Had enough of trying to motivate other agents. I'd rather just be in control of myself.

I've been a team for over 7 years, so I'd say team!

Delegation, greater volume accomplished, shared responsibilities, everyone working their talents & strengths in concert, time off, coverage for vacations, master mind time, etc.

Solo, I've tried the team twice and was not happy with either.

I work solo. If I worked in a team, it would have to be a good fit, though I don't see a need to at the moment.

If I could clone myself . . . maybe. :) But no. I work alone.

I like having a team working for me, allows me to magnify my talents and experience.

I work solo, but I can see the advantage of teaming up on at least some transactions with another agent.  The huge team thing doesn't seem to work out for either the agents or their clients. 

Solo.  My experience of teams has been less than desirable.

Solo with a very effective group of referral agents who work with the clients.

A Team is a much better place for a newbie ! More 1 on 1 attention and personal Menorship !

Good morning Corey. Am very fortunate to have a large mortgage practice. I have two assistants.

I'm a broker running an office (small) and love it.

Team, was easier (still hard work) and more efficient than solo.

Teams provide tremendous advantages to new agents. Seasoned agents also benefit from being on a team if they just want to focus on working with clients without having to worry about the full spectrum of the associated admin tasks.

I have tried a larger team in 2014 and 2015.  Now it's just my husband and I with one very independent agent.  

Corey - I worked with a team when I was doing mortgages, and it was very difficult for everyone to get on the same page. Everyone had their own opinion about marketing, sales, processes, where to spend our money, etc.

When you are a one man/person show, you are responsible for everything, the good and the bad.

I've done both. I think it depends on your personality and in which situation you thrive - no right or wrong here.

I prefer my current hybrid situation. Several solo agents with a great broker, but with a team spirit of support. I always have help available if I need it and provide the same when I can, but there are no requirements or expectations that I have to fulfill.

Team, grounded and tested to perform to my standards. Because I can go on vacation and never worry.

each of them have their advantages and disadvantages....

It's just Debbie (wife) and myself. We like working this way.  No babysitting.

Solo but with an excellent broker associate who can back me up as needed. We work independently but back each other up as needed. Teams have a certain layer of overhead I prefer not to deal with.

I see the benefits of working in a team environment as well as the those things that will disfuse passion.

So, I imagine, if working in a team framework, and I took a tangent to create and test the CIS Score, that much disruption, perceived or real, will effect harmony. To be honest, I am not such a good 'garden keeper" and would prefer the agility of flying solo.

I have enjoyed doing both, but currently am solo!

Solo, but with assistants and partnerships. Works for me.
