Being able to read real reviews on the various platforms they may be active on, seeing how productive and knowledgable they are, and being able to check references. Hiring a realtor is no different than hiring an employee.

Why did you spend the money you spent on whatever was the last five things purchased? (Hint: it is one of four reasons)

There is most certainly very precise science behind it.

Two things are valued by your generation that does not hold the same weight with the 50+ group. The message that more easily resonates with each group is different.

The homeowner with 1.5 mill in equity has very different value points than the 5% down, FHA first time buyer.

An increasingly segmented society makes cosmic answers meaningless, however, the answers you seek exist within your own experience as a consumer.

The VERY BEST marketing leaves the consumer thinking they were not the targets of marketing.

There are a number of "strategies" that can work.  Whatever strategy is used,  it needs to be as personalized as possible, which I know is not easy in many cases.  In any case, you have to target market.... and let your prospects know how it is going to solve their specific problem or problems.
