I will write multiple posts for one property but with a different aspect of the home -- location, floor plan, amenities, open house, etc.

If you are talking about posting in the MLS -- you better check the rules of your association.

If I have a property that can be deemed Recreational or has both Residential and Commercial zoning, it will go into the MLS under as many headings as needed.  You never know where someone will begin their search so we need to be found under all appropriate categories.

Greg Cremia you can certainly post the listing posts multiple times. Make sure you promote a new feature, if possible.

Also, change the title of the post - like 3 Bedroom ranch, spacious home, excellent kitchen etc etc. You get the point, correct?
