I think that it helps if you can find a small local lender who is not trying to repackage every loan to sell to the feds.

Good morning John. If you were in the states that I do business, I would have lenders for many of your situations. There are lenders out there are that do some of these situations, have been fortunate to find them, also I refer anything that I can't do to some local banks that will.

It takes work to find these solutions, but they are out there.
