all of our brochures can be emailed.... they are 6 to 8 pages.... we have them printed periodically and updated every few months....(in-house printing/marketing dept.) makes it easy....

I'd customize them to actually pay a referral fee; since our builders are fair-weathered friends and seem to forget who bailed them out in 2006-2012 and stopped cooperating (again in 2013). In 2003-2005, they didn't cooperate with us either. I no longer include new construction in tours, unless my client specifically asks for it, since it would cost my buyer my commission.

These particular developers have no clue how to build relationships long term, they are very short sighted.
