I have not heard of the challenge.  I don't participate in challenges.

I like simple questions and without links.

ok - I missed the challenge but I read your blog - 5% of the effort at the end of the year Hummm... We are already putting up closings for 2016- I am ready to go! Count me in!

Though once I am back, I'll have to start working on this - and may be, by end of January 2016.........

I did not see this challenge. I would not have taken the bite as I plan to be out of town for several days and plan to focus on getting my current listings sold.

I would participate in any listing challenge.

In fact, I think it's a great idea and would be a lot of fun! We could even track it by sending MLS numbers to a designated organizer and posting weekly blog update .... if anyone will organize it, I AM IN!

No I did not hear about the challenge, but my plate is quite full so I will have to pass on the challenge.

I cannot imagine that even being possible in my market. It is definitely in "holiday" mode right now!

Well I don't think I ever had and congratulations to you. I did miss the challenge. I may have to make up for it next year. 

I have found myself playing along with some potentially silly scenarios that have worked out amazingly well.
