We go to the home of very good friends for dinner--and that's the best part--the companionship and good food.

my favorite part is my mom's dressing. This year I will be over 2000 miles away from that. But I'm very happy that my husband will be having Thanksgiving with his family this year.

I'm cooking this year and will have my honey, his daughter and some friends. I love to mess with my great-grandmother's stuffing recipe.

My plans vary every year. I'm not even sure what I will be doing this year. I hope I will be traveling.

I usually cook for all of my family. I love the cooking part by getting everything ready for my family. We are missing a member my mother but she is here in spirit and in our hearts.

I have invited those with no family over for the Thanksgiving dinner, but this year will finally have time to give to the homeless and help serve.

My husband likes to have it at our house and invite people in. Out of the last 31 years I have cooked and hosted all but 2. This year we have a crowd coming. They usually help and bring a dish. The guys watch football.

Rob - We always try to spend Thanksgiving with family. Most often we rotate between my parents and my wife's parents (while trying to see, or get other family members to meet as well). We also watch a lot of football, and eat until we go into a food coma.
We are also always very thankful for what we have, and thankful for being able to get together, although we wish it could be more often.
Favorite part is just spending time with loved ones.

For the last 19 years I have been in Phoenix but this year we will be home alone decorating for Christmas. I will miss the Phoenix tradition!

Thanksgiving has been at my sister-in-law's for the past 25 years without fail. As the family is dispersing, this may be the last year!

Generally, we will go out to a restaurant and eat. Since it's only the two of us, it's a lot cheaper.

I do enjoy it but dont get too excited about it, most of the day is spent working.

I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving holidays. My son is coming home from his college!

It used to be me cooking for the family at our house every year. Since my husband passed away 4 years ago, it is different every year.... sometimes with various family members... sometimes with friends. This year my brother and his wife are coming for the full meal deal!

Ours changes every year...this year, it looks to be a nice quiet day with just my hubby...but I will still prepare a full traditional turkey banquet!

It is a great holiday Rob, no religion involved. Only foot, football and family.
