My cell # is everywhere just like me -  I'm like the wind!   I answer when it is conducive for me to do so.

Yes. I answer only calls I expect, or recognize. Most others are spam/scam calls for I.R.S. or real estate services. If it is an important call, a message will be left, otherwise the number is blocked.

I give out my cell phone, after 9pm most likely I wont reply until the next day unless we are in the middle of getting something done.

We give it to all and it's all over the internet.  You have to wonder why some Realtors are "secret agents"....

One number...out to all, everywhere and it is on... all the time. It is me that turns off, not the phone. I do 7-7 every day 7 days a week. No big deal

Is is everywhere, on everything, and probably some places that would embarass. Its just a number, a way to reach me if I want to be reached. 

Still struggling on when I do, or do not answer. Trying to figure that out still. 

hello Tony and Suzanne Marriott i do ; i turn it of m-sat at 8pm and turn it on at 7am ,sunday is on silent only text back if is very important  all day its my day off . yes i do not work Sundays it does not hurt my business

Most of the time I answer - however, after 9 PM, I leave my phone in home office and respond to calls only if needed.

There are NO emergencies in Real Estate!

Not answer:

• From agent on The List. I wait for the message..if there is one.
• Blocked caller ID
• from the dark side
• calls from folks with too much time and not enough purpose

I try not to answer when with a client- unless it's urgent.

Normally yes, I do give my cell phone number to "everyone" as my Business Cards are out there for everyone.   There are times that I don't answer my phone calls.  Really Real Estate Agents get a lot of calls from Services trying to Sell you Leads, Zip Codes and lots of other services, probably many are great.  But when you're first starting in Real Estate it can be quite overwhelming the number of these calls you get.  Often after the first call I add them into my contacts so that I will know at a quick glance NOT to pick up that call.  I will know when I am ready to add a service to my business and I don't feel the need to listen to every sales pitch or even have the distraction for 5-10 minutes trying to say NO to these folks politely.  That's one time when I don't answer my phone.

yes I give it out.  But if I'm with a client and/or at dinner etc I don't answer. I do call back timely though.

Hi, Tony and Suzanne...I generally do give my cell number to everyone. It's already all over the web anyway. I also generally answer my phone except when I'm on the other line or with clients. 

Yes, it is on all my websites and marketing materials.  I don't answer it if the number is out of the area or if I'm busy.

I figure everyone has it anyway so why not advertise it. I get relatively few spam calls. After 5pm I get selective about which calls I answer.

I can't believe the number of people who have my cell phone number and use it! Very selective of calls I accept after 7PM and before 7AM.

I give it out all the time and it is on-line.  I answer all the time except.  If I am out of the country it may go automatically to voice-mail and after 10 at night.

Yes, it's my primary business line and anyone can have it.  I don't answer it if I'm busy or after hours.

Yes, my cell number is out there for everyone.  It's on all of my adds, emails, letters, signs and even can connect through Facebook.  I answer the phone almost anytime it rings and I'm aware of it.  It may be sent to voice mail if I'm on the line with someone and don't want to put them on hold or if we're watching a movie or eating and it's not urgent.  Avoiding a call is not my style.  I handle the painful ones and bite the bullet.

I do give it out to every one, if I am available I always answer my phone.  I return messages the same day, and if they do not leave a message the majority of the time I will call back to see.

I give it out to pretty much everyone but do not answer it if it is someone that I don't want to talk to for personal reasons.
