I will keep on working but may not be doing exactly the same jobs. I want to spend more time traveling.

I will probably just slow down, but I can't imagine not working.

Hopefully just slow down Debbie.

I don't know if I can ever retire. I will probably have to restructure. 

This coming spring will be my fiftieth year as a broker.  So the answer at this point is, never.

I am retiring with my investments and slow down a bit to help referrals. . . . 

I love my work too much to consider slowing down Debbie.

Debbie, I don't think Realtors ever retire!  I mean, when was the last retirement party you went to for a colleague?

This one is end game for me at the present time.  Hope that does not change other than in structure.  Mark

Do it until I phyiscally can't anymore, and then probably start to send out referrals.  Pretty sure this is what I will be doing the rest of my career, good fit for me. 

Plan to sell the buisness then chill on the beach.

Age slows us down and eventually will determine our retirement whether we choose to or not.

Depends how much regulation is piled on top of what we already deal with by the time I'm at the age where I'd consider retirement.  If the regulatory trend continues, I'll be out of this industry long before retirement age.
