Seriously though, a boss pushes from the back, a leader pulls from the front.

People follow feet not mouths.

I like to be considered a leader, I think a true leader can built a much better business, have better retentian and everyone is more productive...I do love BOSS suits though.

There is only one desk and chair in my office. Man, I gotta hire someone.

I was boss many years and felt like I earned the respect they gave me. I also treated them with respect.

Today I acted like a boss. Other days, I let my wife thinks she is the boss. (Don't tell!)

I am a team mate to my agents.  I don't boss anyone around.

I'm not the boss but I'm a leader for sure. Even the boss comes to me to see how I would handle situations.

Both, but I try to be a leader much more than a boss.  Sometimes, a "boss" mentality is required, but more often than not, leadership is where it counts.

I am very happy to not be a boss.  Though I have been in a position to lead in the past.

we had this discussion last night, she liked the super dark wood floors in a new upcoming build, i liked warmer tones... so i will have to ask her about this... (ps... i blame it on a mis order..the mfg sent the wrong color and offered 50% off to keep it"  should we still go with the dark??? a boss demands.. a leader sneaks in the truth :)

I've carried off both roles in my corporate life.... sometimes you do need to be the boss. Now I work on my own and am my own boss and leader.

The below image circled around my last company often and perfectly explains the difference between the two.  We had way too many bosses and not enough workers.  I had a boss who was a leader and he got pushed out for a boss boss.  My entire department decided it was time to move on when that happened.
