I think working with listings and buyers keeps us sharp but I have a fantastic broker associate to back me up when I go on vacation or need back up.

Not sure how a team will benefit to those who does not need to carry a big luggage. Help can always be hired......

Having a team can increase your profits and make life much more comfortable. It is nice when team members have several of your prospects out and looking at homes at the same time.
