Sorry Sally & David, I don't know of any simply because it is SO gawsh darn SIMPLE to do one that I haven't looked! I watched a couple minute tutorial video and was good to go.

You'll know your customer base better than a third party provider anyways.

I agree with Ryan, it is very easy to do, that is if you interact with Facebook on a regular basis.

There are several short YouTube videos online too, just make sure you watch those from 2015 or very recent since Facebook updates very often and you want the most current suggestions/directions.
