We have preached this idea in so many posts, and illustrated what happens when someone does not study the psychographics. One of these posts was featured. It had to do with Sak's Fifth Avenue closing in Santa Barbara, because their buyers were buying expensive stuff based on demographics, because we have a huge affluent community. They did not buy! Saks did not take time to understand how the community has changed. A
