I'm as ready as I am going to be.
TRID only applies in the USA. It does not apply in Canada so I don't worry about it.
Good morning Conrad. Certainly you jest, there in nothing in these new regulations that is beneficial to the consumer.
I'm ready, taking two mortgage applications on Monday.
I am prepared to move forward and make the road as smooth as possible. It may be a little challenging until we all get used to it.
I feel like I'm ready to roll with TRID (which is dirt spelled backwards).
Nope, still needing to brush up.
Whether we are ready or not, it's here so we have to be patient.
We are ready, lets hope it does what it is intended to do.
Piece of cake...last minute surprises with $$ to bring were always stupid and lenders who were on top of their game will not find this a challenge.
Sorta...I will be a pain to start with
our mortgage person doesn't think it's such a big deal....everyone needs to pay attention....buyers and agents....
I am as ready as I need to be, if a question comes up, I know who to call.
I believe we are all ready...at least I hope we are.
How many of us will double check or triple check our numbers to make sure there are no mistakes? To be safe...I intend to extend contract period from 30 days to 45 days. Better to be safe than sorry.
I believe this is good for everyone involved. We are talking about the most significant purchase/event of most peoples lives. Is it not worth just a moment of extra time to be sure everything is correct and everyone understands? Mark
Absolutely! So are my favorite lenders and title companies. They've got it figured out and given some fabulous training sessions. And none of us see what the big deal is.
Yes I am! I'm more worried about the lenders and escrow offices.
