No I don't Bob, but my Sellers and Buyers certainly are. Looking at all treats so far with few tricks observed to this point.

I'll be happy with October being a consistent month for production.....this is not a typical market....very extreme seller's market here...

Yep, working on a new website, sending out Thanksgiving 2016 calendars and staying busy with buyers and sellers. 

Yes - now if I can just remember what it is! September was totally devoted to spending time with family - seeing the new grandbaby and helping my son and daughter in law get settled in and parents' weekend for my daughter in Boston - I am really looking forward to getting back to work! 

I do not have any plans in place.

Yes, there is plenty - in my plan to keep me busy and happy.

Working on readiness -- organizing and cleaning out my office to focus on the "here and now" in hopes of a strong finish to a solid year....

Yes, my plan is very well structure, I am crossing my Ts and dotting my Is. 

I sure, do the to-do list is packed to make all the businesses do very well this month before the slow season of November & December.

We do need to make some travel plans for this month.
