I saw Jay was talking about this today, and have to contact the inspectors I recommend, don't think they offer this. We don't usually have trouble with water or moisture here in Denver since it is so arid.

Thermal cameras can be a huge boon to a home inspection. They can detect a wide variety of problems and can give a buyer peace of mind.

Yup! I have been recommending a company for years that has a thermal camera. It has been more useful than I can tell you. Once had the inspector detect a leak behind a wall that wasn't visible.
