Agreed Gabe Sanders!  My last relationship ended for much the same reason.  I'd add in flexibility during the day and the ability to get errands done (in theory) when fewer people are around.

I'd also say an end to pesky weekend trips places.  Who has time to go on vacation when there are contracts to write, buyers to show and open houses to hold!

Unless you have an understanding partner who doesn't want 100% of your time and can adjust when that call comes to list or show a house with no notice, Realtors can be hard to live with.  Both my parents are Realtors so I grew up in the business.  I've seen many a dinner postponed or rushed through for an appointment.

They are always punctual on their appointments. 

number one  1) she has great legs 2) she is a closer. after that everything else is gravy :)  sounds like a joke, but what else do you need to have a great team?? :)

Not sure I would marry one.
