Yes.  A huge company bought my old firm, and their business model just didn't work for me.  And it forced me to look around for a new broker - and I wound up at Evers & Company, a much better place, at least for me.

When one of my coworkers quit with no notice, which was very unexpected and shocking. Now, I volunteered to take on his job of being an "opener" with clients. Taking applications and letting people know they are pre-approved and setting them up with Realtors. It gives me more appreciation for what I write about and post about on social media for this company and I feel more valued than ever :)

It happens all the time I always feel that God is watching out for me because I could not be that lucky on my own

I have had partnerships that went south and looking back I am glad I am not in partnership with some of those people.

My previous next door neighbors had moved out of state.  When they moved back, the wife came over and knocked on my door to catch up on things.  She said they were looking for a house, I said I was now a realtor.  She said her previous realtor never called her back, so I sold them a home. 

Yes. I was the top producer in an office of a large regional firm and the management decided to close the office. I changed to RE/MAX with immediate positive results.
