Never use alarm clock. i just wake up whenever I tell myself to be up.

Typically no alarm clock unless it's for a time that is unusual.  

I automatically wake up about 545am every day without fail. Work or no work like today, up and lookong out and it was still dark.

No alarm necessary although I imagine it wll be somewhat befuddling on that day that I don't wake up.

Both.  I generally don't need the alarm, but it's there for when I do.

Haven't used an alarm in decades (unless there is an unusual event of some sort).   I awaken when I'm rested and I wish the rest of the world would do so.  Far too many cranky and over-tired people out there !

If I really needed to wake up early, I'd wake up without alarm clock!

5:30 in the morning with no alarm clock. Actually if I need a snooze it is the same wheter 10 minutes or a half hour.

Very seldom do I use an alarm clock, it has been many many years since I set one.

Unless I have an early morning appointment, I wake when my body is ready.  Sometimes it is at 4:00, sometimes at 7 am.

I set an alarm for 5am, used to wake up with the sun but now there is no sun at 5am haha.

I usually wake up automatically but do use an alarm clock if I have an early appointment.

I rely on a reminder so that I can focus on sleep. I am so commitment driven that I may stay up all night to keep my word in the morning. The alarm helps

I haven't needed an alarm clock in years. If I travel to a different time zone I do request a wake up call just to be sure.

puppies (or occassionally one of the kittens) wake me up.  I used a clock when I had to get kids to school, but that's done.

I will set an alarm if I HAVE to be up, but normally I wake up before then anyway. 

I spent decades waking to an alarm clock to be somewhere on time. Now, unless I have an appointment, I wake up when I want to.

I have a 5am alarm in my brain. I only use an alarm if I need to be up much sooner.

5-6 days alarm at 510 am. one to two days a week (like today) i wake up on my own. usually right around 6

I usually set my alarm to be sure - but my cat is an even more reliable nudge for me each day - like clockwork he is patting my face to get me up by 7am so he can be fed.
