A 3 minute 'dog and pony' show demonstrating how I find buyers, NOT the pretty pictures on the brochures everyone produces.

I already know other agents use the common ground of the MLS, but that tool gets lost in the fog and dust, and rightfully so.  HOW I FIND BUYERS, who value their home, is what justifies the fees the homeowner will pay.
