I have one every year.... take no medication.... exerise doing strength training everyday...have a personal trainer.... eat only high protein, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and non-fat dairy....

Oh, Yeah.  Our insurance requires it -  if we don't do it they charge us an extra $600 a year.  So if checking on your health isn't incentive enough - hitting the pocketbook should be.

Every year!  My insurance do not charge for a physical.

Hi Roy, I just had a physical done today for my flight Instructors License Renewal.  Passed with flying colors.

I would love to get back to an annual ritual although I'm always under scrutiny about every other month instead. Can't seem to shake the bastards loose but at least I'm down to only three.
