It rains from many clouds. To suggest one site or activity be identified is to invite misdirection.
My activity on AR q&a and other forums is to test marketing ideas. What gets responses? What is on the mind of agents, buyers and sellers? What headlines or subject lines work? What words make them work better?
I use this information to seed the rain clouds through ads on FB, Google, email, direct response marketing and other campaigns. This information is useful for gaining exposure through mindful blogging.
These practices work without my relentless attention. I can control the flow my pressing the pedal to the metal.

I agree with Ron and Alexandra Seigel Linked In. However I caution, it's a hands on return. Linked In responds to my efforts, the minute I let off the gas, so does Linked In. It's a "pro-active return only" experience for me. But, mostly so is Active Rain. You gotta roll up them sleeves to get the returns.
