Lots of complaints about these folks, but Jay seems to know how to get through to them.

Margaret Kapranos - Jay T. from Zillow Group here. Have you tried contacting your Business Consultant and Sales Manager? Both are listed in the right side of your Zillow Agent Hub dashboard. They are the best people to talk to.
Regarding past sales, there are currently 46 showing on your profile. Some past sales can be added automatically to your profile (via public record info) but many cannot. Especially buyer-side transactions. Those you'll need to manually add. It's super easy to do, this link shows how.
It's especially important to add recent sales from the past 12 months as that number is what is displayed on listing pages. (ALL past sales are displayed on your profile).
I'd also STRONGLY suggest two things:
1) Add something to the "About Me" section of your profile. Right now, yours is empty. The profile is one of the primary ways that a site visitor "connects' with you and ultimately decides to contact you. The About Me section is critical for showing consumers who you are. It really needs to be completed.
2) Get reviews. Reviews also make a BIG difference to consumers, and drive a lot of clicks to profiles. You currently don't have any reviews, and some of the agents in your zips have many. For example, the first listing I pulled up in 94930 shows you with zero reviews, another agent with 40, and another with 14. When consumers see those choices, they are much more likely to click on the agents with reviews. Sounds like the review you mentioned was rejected for some reason. The person leaving the review should have been notified of that. We do aggressively monitor the review system, because that's critical to protecting the integrity of the entire review system. You can read about why some reviews may be rejected here.
3) If you haven't already, look into Zillow Academy. Tons of free training and webinars are available on getting the most out of ZIllow.
Please, call your reps, they are there to help you. I've also let them know.

There are several good folks here on AR who work for Zillow, every time someone writes a blog about something like this a few of them pop up in the comments.
If that does not work, then try Jay Thompson or Bob Stewart and they can point to someone who can help.

Margaret Kapranos BBB.org is a good place to complain about any company - though not all the companies are BBB accredited.
For finding their contact number - GetHuman.com is a good place (not only for Zillow but for other companies, too.)
From GetHuman - Zillow's contact# is 206-470-7000.
Good Luck.

Frustrating like so many companies who take a credit card or debit for a recurring bill and it's a huge process to stop

Hm...I personally don't really use Zillow
But, try calling (206) 470-7000.
If not, try logging into your Zillow account and go to www.zillow.com/agents. On the bottom right where it says "Have a question? We can help." click on "chat with us now" to have a live chat with a rep. I believe they're only available M-F from 10-4 PT.
Hope that helps

I've sent emails to Zillow and received auto-response emails from the "ZenDesk". I can say that at no time has Zillow made me feel Zen.
My situation was similar to yours only in that customer service was nowhere to be found.
My understanding is that you're supposed to upload your own past sales.
Reviews usually take a few days from submission to appear on your profil.
You'll probably get a response if you dispute charges if you paid by credit card.

The best thing to do is cancel in writing and pay out your contract and learn a lesson. I did that with trulia. And I assume you mean "review" and referral from a past client. I've had it take a few days to show up, but not several weeks, but perhaps the merger with trulia and zillow profiles had something to do with that.
