I would like to think that I left the world a better place to be in. Kindness and understanding others needs are things we all need to be doing.

My business legacy is in progress and on purpose: I train agents once per week and  I run 1 networking and 2 mastermind groups where I train my fellow San Diego based entrepreneurs on better: time management & boundaries, goal getting and customer care as an attitude, not a dept.

For my clients, I've been a part of one the biggest moments in their lives and I stay in touch to be of service. It's my weekly job, but it's their big moment; I never forget that (having been a wedding DJ was great training on honoring "their big day").

I strive to be better daily with this mantra:

"good , better, best;

 Never rest...

 until my good is better and better is best!"

I have been lucky enough to do many things in my life. I have three children that have been broght up with a good understanding of work ethic and the value of developing wealth. I want to leave my family with the opertunity to take over my businesses should they chose to follow that path. More importantly, I would like to ensure they have the mindset to focus on thier own future to grow themselves into the people they want to be and helping their fellow man and community. 

as a business person? yes at times, i would do what i do, even if the proverbial tree fell in the forest and no one was there, would it still make a  noise?

All the time.

Absolutely Jack, a life not remembered can be a little empty.  one of my career related goals is to be on this wall someday.

Legacy? No.

I just want my kids to smile when they think of "good ol' mom and dad..."

Not as it relates to business.  But as I think about how Sunday School teachers impacted my life as a child I know that some will reflect back on their time in my class as lifechanging.  I've been teaching children about God for 25 years.

For me - be good and do well.  

I don't really think about a legacy but I do hope that, when I die, people think I made their days a bit happier and their life a little better in some way.

Yes, as a fine artist, my work is all over the world. I have talked to the museum about taking my work, which, they have agreed, but I have not finalized yet.

The legacy I want to leave has nothing to do with real estate other than people knowing I treated them right, worked hard and had high integrity. It is a bigger list when it comes to my legacy for my family and friends.

That is one of the main reasons I try to built a real brand and not just sell real estate myself. I think about branding and what the brand can stand for after me everyday even outside of real estate.

I have not yet thought of it.

I started a non profit environmental-humanitarian organization about 20 years ago and that is part of my legacy.
