No and I don't know why anyone would.  That's an agreement between the broker and the seller.

This must be an East Coast thing? Never heard of doing either. Although we can post any docs on our MLS we feel to be relevant; we're not required to. Many agents in CA do provide disclosure binders at the listing though, which I suppose could be posted: SPQ,TDS, Termite, etc.

no.... never have.... I dont' think it's a relevent document to submit to mls.... it's not for marketing.... the property disclosure is to be distributed to interested buyers...we have it at the home and on display there..... the listing agreement is between the real estate office and the homeowner....

Disclosure, yes, but listing agreement?  Why on earth?  That is a contract between my seller and the brokerage and as such, is not the business of anyone else.

We post the disclosure, and email the listing agreement to the mls staff as they require this with each listing.

Frank - I personally have not posted either item on the MLS, but have seen other agents post the Disclosure. Not sure I have ever seen a Listing Agreement on the MLS.

I never post the listing agreement. That is between me and the seller. I will put the property disclosure under associated docs. We can make this public or private.

I have not done that; however I have seen listing agreements in mls.  Probably a clerical mistake.

Sometimes we attach the disclosure (accessible only to agents, not the public). Never the listing agreement.

It's no one's business.  The cooperating broker can find out your commission at closing.

I can't imagine a reason to post a listing agreement on the MLS.  What prompted the question Frank Rubi, MBA?

When I sold REO's, I posted instructions on the MLS but never actually disclosures. I don't believe we do it here in CA? Seems like the listing agreement is private between broker/agent and client.

ALWAYS the disclosure....unless a reason exists to restrict who has access to this data.

NEVER THE LISTING AGREEMENT!

If the agent with the listing down the street is on "THE LIST" a possibility exists the disclosure will be used to my sellers detriment. In that case it is provided on request.

In addition to the disclosure, if available, I will include the HOA docs and rules and regs and FAQ.
