I've seen a number of these questions being asked for your "assignment" and I really feel you should do your own homework (pun intended!)

One of the biggest risks for home buyers and home sellers is in the selection of an agent to properly represent their interests.
Agents need to be wary of unethical and misleading agents.

1. Buyer unwilling to meet at brokers office
2. Cash buyer
3. Buyer will not pursue getting lenders pre-approval
4. Seller over prices and demands a list of everyone who visits the house.
5. Working with or cooperating with anyone under FALSE pretenses.
There are a gazillion more...but these is a nice start.
AND, I agree with @Susan Emo...
YOU ARE A SHILL.

Too many to mention. I believe, the most important times to look for ''red flags" when picking up an agent who represents you, choosing a house, and during inspections. You might want to break your question to few more specific ones.

My two cents: Your intuition is the biggest and best red flag. If something doesn't feel right, run.

Is your question about the people involved, or about red flags regarding property selection?
