Sharon Kowitz - Type the @ sign and then start typing (no space) the name of the person you wish to tag.  A drop down selection will appear and then click on your choice.  I hope that makes sense.

Hi Sharon Kowitz glad you got the answer so fast. I asked back when it first came out as well and it is a huge benefit for letting members know their comments have been recognized.

Good morning Sharon. Looks like you already got the answer to your questions Nice job reaching out to ask the question.

Type the @ and the first couple of letters of the name you want.  A box will appear with some suggestions of members.  It does take a second or two for the system to respond and the editor is a bit quirky in that the list of members may not appear if you type the @ in the middle of some other text (i.e. you go back to insert it).

The person has to be in your following list or in the comment thread to tag them. Use the @ symbol and start typing their name and their name should pop up.

I am finding that I receive too many tags and do not have to time to click on all of them. 

When you want a member to see your message, leave a comment on their current blog.

Tagging is a good thing and something you should do.

However, sometimes the comment does not merit a tag so you can like or vote for the comment and they will be notified showing you did see their effort.

Be aware, you may encounter a limit on the number of tags you can make in one response. So just open a new response field and be generous with your responses.
