Late last year, a 30 year old walked into my open house. We got along very nicely and started working together.
She and her husband (a little older than 30) closed on their property a few months ago. Mrs. Buyer referred me to her younger brother.
I've met the younger buyers mostly at open house and by referral.
They all found me on Internet--AR blog

Last 6 months 18 buyers under 30.

Paul - I don't get too many buyers under 30 years old, but am working on getting more for sure.
most were referrals of past clients. Several come from LO that I refer business to.
Other than renters we have never had one under 30.
I think about 25% of my business is from this age group. They come from all different methods, many are referrals.
Are you talking about under 30 years old or 30 different buyers?
Most of my real estate customers are over 30. I have no idea how many would be under.

Around 70% of my clients have been under 30 years old and they usually come through the internet in one manner or another. They are the best to work with as long as they aren't looking for their parents approval before buying a home.
