Michael, I think the problem is if you delete a photo, it deletes out of the post that had it.

Sure, just click on the little trash can by the photo.

Yes, but they will be deleted from all posts that they are in.

I don't believe there's a way, Michael. And, I believe this is a popular request.

Michael Thornton why would you want to do that? Not a good idea.
If they are in any blog posts, they will be gone!

Don't do it. I asked that of support last year and I was told that if you delete the pics, they will also be deleted in the post you put them into. Doesn't matter if it was 5 years ago, leave them there.

Michael - Great question that obviously a lot of us wondered. Sounds like either you can't, or don't want to if that photo is used in any of your blogs. Hopefully they will change that eventually so you will be able to delete photos that got in there by mistake. Then again, I guess it doesn't matter too much.

I wish there was a way. I have a few that showed up sideways and upside down, that I would like to delete.

I do not think this is possible.
On the other hand, many of the photographs that I have posted in blogs have been deleted. We need a much improved blog editor.
