I only know a few non-agents in my area. There are a couple of lenders, a few builders and a title company. I don't know why they they don't see the value.

Joshua, No doubt some of the Rain's best contributors are non-agents. We've gained a ton of knowledge from inspectors, mortgage pros, flooring, staging, SEO experts, etc. Locally, I don't see that many here. For that matter there aren't many agents here. Their loss is our gain.
