Think about home staging as a make up. A good make up will bring all benefits of the face and hide all flaws:)

Good morning Ed. We stage every home that we flip, just the basic stuff and then give all of the staging to the buyer. It has worked very well.

Let me put it this way.... when I've used it, it's never failed me!

 Good Friday morning Ed. I think staging depends an awful lot on the price point of the property. I have seen some agents in this area be very successful with it. Especially, with new construction properties.

I have not tried it yet Ed, none of my homes seem pricy enough for the investment.

Ed - It is difficult to judge how successful home staging is, but I know homes always look better staged than vacant.
