Here in Pinellas County FLorida, my percentages align with the county sales of 58% cash purchase and 42% financing.
This will raise in excess of 60% around February.
This is a tough location to make a living as a mortgage broker without a great network of referring agents.

Thanks to all of you participating in my question. The ratio seems ato come in different ranges. 100k or below I would say 98% cash. 100k-200k probably 60% cash /40% financed. Above 200k 50/50.

In all of Tucson, 30% cash transactions currently. Dont have to guess. I work several cash transactions a year but probably around 20% of the business I do. Changes nothing on my end, just less work and less to manage when you take the lender out of the 3 ring circus.
