Here in Pinellas County FLorida, my percentages align with the county sales of 58% cash purchase and 42%  financing.

This will raise in excess of 60% around February. 

This is a tough location to make a living as a mortgage broker without a great network of referring agents.

Thanks to all of you participating in my question. The ratio seems ato come in different ranges. 100k or below I would say 98% cash. 100k-200k probably 60% cash /40% financed. Above 200k 50/50.

I would say 40% cash 60% finance. Still a lot of investors picking up property, but a lot less then it used to be.

Up until about a year ago it seemed like I had more cash buyers.  Now, its financing which has become a bit more challenging with appraisals in a rising market!

The cash to loans ratio for me in 2014 were definitely 50/50, however this year, I'm feeling like it's 70/30 with more loans. I confess this is an estimate, I'm out of the office week at Mastermind Summit 2015.

In all of Tucson, 30% cash transactions currently.   Dont have to guess.  I work several cash transactions a year but probably around 20% of the business I do.  Changes nothing on my end, just less work and less to manage when you take the lender out of the 3 ring circus.
