Heidi Kelley  - the best time to write next years goal is October or November by which you have an idea how many deals you closed from different sources for the current year - so plan you markeing accordingly. Impement - of course as soon as you can!

Yes, I'm still planning on where I will be in 5 years. Next year is already in progress. 

mine is a work in continual progress....I write one in December for the next year and I make adjustments as the year progresses..... 

I usually write my business plan in December so I hit the ground running in January.  It does keep you on track.

I am adjusting my business plan all the time as it needs it.

I live the plan and it tweaks itself via being used...

I got it all in my head Heidi.  I do map out a business plan for the year.

I generally do this Nov/Dec and start to implement some of the items in December.
